We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal as payment.
Once an order has been completed through the checkout process, you are free to cancel your order to modifications and resubmit the order, as long as the order is still "pending" (and has not yet entered the packaging stream).
Typically, you have 2 hours from the time your order has been placed to cancel the order and make any changes you feel neccessary.
Being a reseller of lighting products based solely online, Semperlite does not currently accept phone orders.

Tracking numbers do not become active on the couriers website until after the delivery driver picks up and scans the package. In most cases, the initial tracking information will not show up in their online tracking until the package(s) have reached the main sorting facility (generally after 8:00pm P.S.T. on the day they are picked up).
Please check your email for a shipment update or shipment confirmation to see when the packages were sent for shipment from our warehouse.
Semperlite offers a wide variety of shipping options for orders shipped within the US. You can choose from Next Day Air Early A.M., Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Second Day Air Early A.M., Second Day Air, Third Day Select, Ground, and US Mail services. If you need your order ASAP, Next Day Air shipping will deliver it to you in 1 business day from the date of shipment. Please allow 2 business days for our Second Day Air Service, 3 business days for Third Day Select, 2-5 business days for Ground, 5-10 business days for US Mail. Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity, and address type.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or a refund (as long as the requirements below are met. Before you make your purchase be sure to read the complete return policy below.
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will incur a 35% restock fee. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date for non-defective product. Thereafter, all sales are final. All items must be returned in "new" condition in the original packaging and have all components, blank warranty cards and owner's manuals if available. Returns will be charged 25% restock fee unless a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed at the time of the RMA. The restock fee is NOT a penalty. It is a costly process to prepare for resale and restock product made of glass and gas. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning a product, use a carrier that has tracking capabilities. The customer assumes all responsibility for insuring the return of the shipment and filing the claim for lost or damages returns.
Any return or cancelled order for an item marked as a Non-Stock, or Special Order will be charged up to 65% restock fee. The amount is determined by the manufacturer or supplier of the product. If you are not certain about the product you are trying to order, please contact a Manager who will assist you in making the proper choice.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (when placed through Semperlite.com). Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid to the local tax authority upon reciept of your package. Semperlite is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.Please note:
