Does item LH0182 (1185-9-BS) have wires attached?

No they have Quick Connect holes in the bottom for wires but CFL sockets do not comes pre-wired. You strip back the wire from the ballast or power supply 1/2" and then puch into the wire holes in the bottom of the socket and then they cannot be removed.
