QDoes item LH0182 (1185-9-BS) have wires attached?

No they have Quick Connect holes in the bottom for wires but CFL sockets do not comes pre-wired. You strip back the wire from the ballast or power supply 1/2" and then puch into the wire holes in the bottom of the socket and then they cannot be removed.

QDoes this have standard threading? The photo looks like a non-standard threading.

What do you mean by "standard" threading? Threads have multiple sizes, spaces between each thread, number of threads per inch, how far they protrude etc.

QIs this the same as the LC12012T-1?

No this is a Circline ballast with sockets attached, it is the LC12012T, this is NOT the same as the LC12012T-1. For a replacement for the LC12012T-1 please see item RSO126CQ120.

QMy lamp uses bulbs w/a E12 base. I need 2 adapters with a E12 base which will accept a new E11 base replacement light bulb.

If you need an adapter to fit into an E12 socket and accept an E11 bulb then yes this item LH0915 is it.

QWhat is the inside diameter of the threaded area?

The inner diameter is approximately 1.1" but depends on if you measure from inner thread to inner thread or do not include the threads. This dos fit E26 base sockets that accept an UNO Ring.

QHow is the wire connected to the socket, and what size wire?

On the bottom there is wire port holes, you strip the wire back 1/2" and then just push in and once in it cannot come out. It also accepts 18 or 20awg wire.
